At Breleva, we want to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, especially our instant coffee powders, to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Refund and Replacement
We offer refund or replacement only if the product is damaged upon delivery. Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If your product is damaged in transit or is defective, we will be happy to assist with a refund or replacement.
Conditions for Refunds/Replacements:
- The product must be in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- The product must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to process refunds or replacements if the damage is reported after this time frame.
- The damage must be caused during transit or as a result of manufacturing defects. If the product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate the refund or replacement process:

- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Verification: Once we receive your request and damage photos, our team will review the case and verify the issue.
- Approval: If the product qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will ask you a confirmation for refund or replacement.
- Replacement or Refund: After receiving the confirmation, we will process your replacement or provide a full refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not required).
Non-Eligible Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances:
- Products that have been opened or used (unless damaged during transit).
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless damaged).
Refunds
If an replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund for the damaged product to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs
If the product is damaged during delivery and you are eligible for a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping for the new product.
Money-Back Guarantee Policy
At Breleva, we stand by the quality of our instant coffee and want you to have the best experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Refund Request Period – Refunds can only be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Product Condition – The product can be opened or used, but a refund request must still be made within the 24-hour window.

- A brief reason for the refund request
- Refund Method – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.
- Shipping Costs – Refunds apply to the product price only; shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
